The firm seeks a civil litigator with a minimum of 5 years experience to assist with general litigation cases, including defense of personal injury, lease disputes and general contractual claims. The successful candidate will have their own case load. We are a small firm with a great culture. The attorney will handle all aspects of defending lawsuits including written discovery, depositions, mediations, motions, and trial. Strong writing and researching skills are a must. Strong bonus program, salary commensurate with experience.
