Insulation Foreman

Kinzler Construction Services company of Omaha, NE is looking to hire a full-time Insulation Foreman to help launch and grow our insulation division in the Nebraska market. This is a hands-on leadership role-installing, measuring, and training crews-while also supporting the GM, Branch Supervisor, and Project Manager with market development. A Day in the Life

• Work in the field : Install insulation, measure jobs, and ensure crews follow best practices.
• Lead and train crews : Set daily goals, mentor installers, and hold the team accountable for quality and safety.
• Support market growth : Provide feedback to management about field conditions, customer needs, and opportunities to improve.
• Plan and problem-solve : Identify challenges before they become delays and find practical solutions.
• Track jobs and costs : Help monitor labor, materials, and schedules to keep projects on budget.
• Ensure safety and compliance : Conduct jobsite checks, model safe work behavior, and enforce company safety standards.
• Build future capacity : Recommend tools, materials, and training needed to strengthen performance and support branch growth.
