A / P Coordinator

The A / P Coordinator will serve as the main contact for vendor-related accounts payable issues and will be responsible for verifying and processing invoices for supply items, raw materials, freight bills, and other payables. Ensuring accuracy in purchase orders, receipts, and general ledger coding. Responding to vendor inquiries and supporting internal teams with payment-related questions. Assisting with month-end close activities including accruals and reclass entries. Ideal candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent experience in Accounts Payable. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); JD Edwards experience is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Job Type & Location : This is a contract position based out of Birmingham, AL. Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $24.50 / hr.
