NC and SC Licensed Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for the National After-Hours Team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide telephonic medical care and support to residents and facility staff after-hours

Utilize telephonic platforms to coordinate care between facilities, hospitals, and clinics

Conduct comprehensive assessments and document encounters in the EMR while ensuring compliance with CMS requirements

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner

Current unrestricted NP license in North Carolina and South Carolina; additional licenses in Florida and Georgia preferred

Nurse Practitioner national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP

3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Background in acute and chronic disease management
