Showroom Representative / Counter Parts Sales Associate

Overhead Door Company of St. Louis, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Showroom Representative / Counter Parts Sales Associate to provide administrative support to staff, department, and management. This individual will be responsible for representing the company in a professional manner, counter parts sales, and troubleshooting. Standard work hours Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm and every other Saturday 9 : 00am-1 : 00pm. Commission opportunity!

Position Overview :

• Represent the company in a professional manner with good customer service and verbal communication skills
• Communicate with customer, supervisor, or other office personnel in an effective and timely manner
• Provide administrative support to staff, department, and management. Receive incoming calls from customers that require service / sales by identify the type of call, type of problem, and then schedule the service appointment assuring the customers timing preference is met for a specific day and time of day
• Review, receive, and process parts deliveries and technician parts picklists
• Troubleshoot and walk customers through remote-control set up
• Provide details about various doors in the showroom for customers
• Utilize a gas cutting torch and other hand tools to cut springs / cables
• Other duties as assigned
