A company is looking for a Team Lead- Customer Contact and Collections Center.
Key Responsibilities
Support supervision of collections staff with ongoing coaching and metric reporting
Maintain high levels of collections metrics and create action plans for outstanding debts
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting and / or Finance or 5 years' relevant health care experience
3 years' experience managing a staff of 5-10 collectors
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of business processes and their impact on accounting procedures
