Move In Coordinator

An immediate and rewarding opportunity exists for an experienced and detail-driven Move-In Coordinator at Hunters Woods at Trails Edge, a premier 210 unit senior living community offering upscale independent living, assisted living, and memory care in Reston, VA.

As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team and reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the selected candidate will play a vital role in creating a seamless and meaningful transition experience for our new residents and their families. You will coordinate all move-in steps, ensure readiness across departments, maintain consistent communication with residents and loved ones, and embody our commitment to exceptional hospitality throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities include :

Serving as the main point of contact for new residents and families from deposit to move-in

Coordinating with all internal departments to ensure apartments, services, and welcome experiences are prepared

Guiding families through required documentation, assessments, and readiness checklists

Maintaining accurate records and timelines for each resident

Supporting the Sales & Marketing team to ensure the move-in experience reinforces community excellence and contributes to occupancy success
