Physical Therapist Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY : Physical Therapist needed to provide physical therapy services to patients at skilled rehab in Owasso.

DESCRIPTION : Full time weekdays avaliable.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation.

POSITION DUTIES :

Responsible for performing therapy treatments and functions for skilled nursing patients.

Provide treatment plans that allow your patients to reach their maximum potential or for successful transition to next level of care.

Work with other therapists and nursing staff to help provide a cohesive quality of care between the clinical needs and therapy needs.

Be able to educate patients and care givers to be able to success at home after discharge from facility.

Provide quality documentation as required.
