This role is with Accellacare, part of ICON's clinical research network, where you'll play a key role in transforming the clinical trial experience for patients and sponsors alike. Our global site network is designed with one goal in mind : to deliver better access, greater efficiency, and improved outcomes in clinical research.

We are currently seeking a Lead Learning & Development Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Lead Learning & Development Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs across the organization. You will support the growth and development of employees by delivering innovative training initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Driving the design, development, and implementation of learning and development programs for all levels of employees.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver tailored training solutions.
• Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
• Facilitating workshops, seminars, and other training events to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Providing leadership and guidance to the learning and development team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
