Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a skilled Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project deliverables, from business requirements to deployment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude for understanding technical concepts, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment where adaptability is key. This role requires a proactive individual capable of identifying and addressing project gaps, fostering team alignment, and effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously. This team work 4 days onsite.
Duties :
- Manage end-to-end project deliverables, ensuring completeness of business requirements and successful deployment
- Independently identify and resolve project gaps, risks, and issues proactively
- Facilitate team alignment and purpose-driven meetings, actively listening, identifying action items, and holding stakeholders accountable
- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within scope, budget, and timeline constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address misalignments and drive consensus towards project objectives
- Oversee and participate in interviews with key stakeholders to gather project requirements and align expectations
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira for task tracking and PPT for timeline management
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile) based on project needs and constraints
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Desired Skills / Experience :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience preferred8+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably within an enterprise environmentStrong understanding of software development processes and methodologiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on end-to-end deliverablesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationshipsProficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolutionProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus but not requiredBenefits :
