A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to achieve Talent Acquisition objectives by attracting, engaging, and evaluating top candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with hiring managers on sourcing strategies and candidate assessment

Manage full life-cycle recruiting and provide consultation for complex roles

Develop workforce strategies and maintain relationships with key talent

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

5+ years of recruiting or applicable HR experience preferred

Strong knowledge of employment laws

5+ years sourcing experience in full desk recruitment

Experience recruiting Director level corporate roles
