Schedule : As Needed MondayFriday

Pay : $30 / hr

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a per diem COTA to support our outpatient clinic. Youll treat upper extremity conditions including tendon injuries sprains and post-op fractures working alongside experienced hand therapists and orthopedic surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the licensed occupational therapist optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients.
• Teach clients new ways of approaching tasks and educate them on how to break down activities into achievable components
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care services.
• Observe note and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care.
• Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies / procedures as well as applicable regulations and corporate policies
