Snow Removal Worker

Were is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team at a Community Church in South Barrington. This is an on-call position that requires flexibility during winter weather events.

Responsibilities

Operate snow removal equipment and machinery.

Drive a pickup truck to assist with snow clearing operations.

Shovel snow from walkways entryways and sidewalks.

Maintain parking lots and walking areas to ensure they remain clear and safe.

Apply salt or other de-icing materials as needed.

Requirements

Must have a flexible schedule (on-call based on weather conditions).

Ability to work outdoors in cold and snowy weather.

Experience operating snow removal equipment is preferred.

Must be punctual responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.

Compensation

$20.00 per hour for time worked.

Minimum 2 hours guaranteed pay per call even if the task takes less time.

Schedule

On-call position during winter weather conditions.

Shifts vary depending on snowfall and weather forecasts.
