Behavioral Tech Team Technician
Our Behavioral Tech team is vital to the success of our clients. Our technician staff is expected to provide a safe, secure, and comforting environment for our clients to continue their treatment.
Staff is expected to:
- Assist client with daily needs (transportation, cooking, emotional support)
- Ensure client safety when on the property
- Ensure all rules and regulations are being adhered
- Monitoring patients and recording your observations
- Diffusing situations in which patients wish to harm themselves or others
- Alerting medical professionals to intervene in emergencies
- Maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
