Job Details

The AR Order Entry Specialist provides support to the Sales department and

customers, including order entry, credit card processing and problem resolution. Speed and accuracy are key.

Responsibilities :

1. Maintain customer data files. Check Customer Admin Inbox and address all issues before 9 am.

• Inbox must be monitored and address no less than every 2 hours.
• Update customer information (bill to / ship to).
• Update credit card information.

2. Charge customer credit cards and resolve any issues with rejected cards.

3. Key in sales orders based upon customer purchase orders from the sales team.
