F3 Innovations Inc. is seeking a Junior Accounts Associate in Riverside. Our marketing firm needs a Junior Accounts Associate who loves the thrill of the hunt to identify new opportunities and build relationships that matter.

As a Junior Accounts Associate, you'll be the cornerstone of our customer relationships. The Business Development Representative warmly guides new customers through their mobile service choices, building a foundation of trust and satisfaction that keeps them connected to us for the long term.

Role Requirements for a Junior Accounts Associate :

• Generate qualified leads through residential outreach, referral networks, and structured mobile engagement campaigns.
• Assess mobile service needs, usage patterns, and connectivity goals to qualify prospects and recommend tailored wireless solutions.
• Present wireless plans, smartphones, and bundled upgrades in a clear, CRM-supported format that aligns with customer goals.
• Guide customers through account setup, documentation review, and activation workflows using approved CRM tools and service protocols.
• Monitor service milestones, customer feedback, and resolution timelines to support campaign tracking and performance visibility.
