Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to U.S. managers and leaders, aligning people strategies to business goals
Coach managers on team leadership, performance, career development, and employee relations
Design, refine, and implement HR programs, policies, and processes for the U.S. organization
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as an HR / People Business Partner in a global, fast-paced tech or healthcare environment
Experience supporting a U.S. employee population with knowledge of U.S. employment practices and regulations
Proven ability to build programs and processes while balancing strategic vision and tactical execution
Strong knowledge across multiple HR disciplines including org development, talent management, and change management
Highly data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
