Job Overview :   As an Occupational Therapist with Personal Touch Home Care, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and helping clients improve their daily living and work skills. You will also provide rehabilitative services to patients who are unable to travel to a clinic or hospital. This is focused on improving patients' quality of life by promoting mobility, function, and independence within the comfort and convenience of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include :
