Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and compliance requirements. Experience with tax software and technology, especially for E-Commerce and Real Estate sectors. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance, planning, and reporting for our clients, ensuring adherence to all applicable tax regulations and maximizing tax efficiency. The Tax Manager will also lead a team of tax professionals and collaborate with clients in various sectors, including E-Commerce and Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting for clients, including individual and corporate tax returns (1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S).
- Conduct tax planning and advisory services to help clients minimize tax liabilities.
- Review and mentor junior staff on tax-related projects and compliance matters.
- Stay updated on current tax legislation and its implications for our clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and guidance on tax-related issues.
- Assist in the preparation and review of complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive tax solutions for clients.
