A company is looking for a Senior IT Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Service Desk team and ensure timely resolution of IT-related incidents
Provide mentorship and support to Service Desk Technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices
Coordinate workload and manage complex technical issues, while developing strategies for improving customer service efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
4+ years of relevant work experience in a Service Desk or IT support role
CompTIA A+ certification or an equivalent certification
Strong working knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience in incident and problem management
Familiarity with various IT related services and ticketing platforms
