YOUR DAY

As an Auto Estimator - Service Writer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clientele. Your daily responsibilities will encompass greeting customers, diligently documenting their vehicle's service requirements, and subsequently preparing and presenting accurate repair estimates. Furthermore, you will maintain consistent communication with our mobile technicians, ensuring they are thoroughly informed and that all repairs progress efficiently and on schedule. Finally, you will be responsible for processing payments, maintaining meticulous service records, and conducting follow-up communications with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction.
