Finance and Ad Operations Assistant

A company is looking for an AdOps Specialist - Finance & Advertising Operations Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial and contractual data within internal systems

Act as the main point of contact between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth invoice processing

Identify and resolve billing discrepancies while maintaining clear communication with clients and media suppliers

Required Qualifications

Entry-level profile with relevant internship or 2-3 years of experience

Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong numerical aptitude

Bilingual in English and French

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
