Position Summary:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Cocktail Waitress to join our team at an upscale lounge. The ideal candidate will deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and discreet service while maintaining the refined standards of a high-end lounge.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and serve guests in a polished and professional manner.
  • Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, and small plates.
  • Accurately take and deliver drink and food orders with attention to presentation.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of craft cocktails, premium liquors, and wine service.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide efficient, attentive service.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with bartenders and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
  • Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and venue policies.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a cocktail waitress or server in fine dining or upscale cocktail lounges preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of premium spirits, wine, and cocktails.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays up to 25 lbs.
  • Must meet local age requirements for serving alcohol.

Work Environment:
  • Evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday availability required.
  • High-end lounge setting with a focus on elevated service and refined guest experiences.
