What Youll Do

• Perform outdoor services including lawn care, landscaping, yard cleanups, snow removal, and moving assistance
• Safely lift, carry, and move items over 50 lbs
• Work as part of a crew to get jobs done efficiently and to high quality standards
• Maintain tools and equipment; report issues to supervisors
• Learn quickly, follow instructions accurately, and take feedback positively
• Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work in all weather conditions
