A clinical manager assumes responsibility for daily operations of the clinical team. Duties include supervision of the clinical staff. Responsible for the delivery of quality patient care including: coordination, implementation and evaluation of home care services as evidenced by positive outcomes. Is available and assumes 24-hour accountability for patient care functions and the direction of the patient care team. Responsible for assuring compliance with government regulations and ACHC standards. Also responsible for the evaluation and treatment of home care patients when needed.

\n\nRECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:\n

Minimum of 5 yrs. clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred;
Bachelor's Degree required;
Able to demonstrate professional competencies in a home care setting; ability to function as a member of an integrated healthcare team; able to efficiently utilize technology (cell phone, computer); able to travel in service area and throughout HRHS entities.

LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Current PA/NJ Professional License, Valid Driver's License, CPR Certified
