Manage and oversee time-critical shipments, including air, ground, and expedited freight. Provide real-time tracking and proactive updates to customers and stakeholders. Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure shipments go straight from pickup to delivery without transfers, minimizing handling and transit time. Develop contingency plans for delays and resolve transport-related issues quickly. Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to meet client demands. Negotiate pricing and service levels with carriers and vendors. Ensure compliance with international and domestic shipping regulations. Analyze performance data and implement process improvements for efficiency. Provide 24/7 support for urgent shipments when required. Other duties as assigned.
