Box Solutions Product Leader

Our customers in Financial Services run mission-critical, regulated workflows on Box-from KYC / AML and lending ops. We are looking for a Solutions Product Leader to define, build, and scale customer-abstracted solutions for Financial Services (FS). You will translate real customer signals into repeatable designs, lead cross-functional teams to bring them to market, and manage the portfolio with rigor so our customers adopt faster and realize more value.

What You'll Do

Intake and synthesize signals from customer conversations, field feedback, and SE demos to identify and size high-impact solution opportunities. Provide vertical expertise on FS best practices and design compliant, customer-abstracted solution blueprints and Bills of Materials. Lead cross-functional, scrum-like workstreams with Product, PMM, SEs, Services / Consulting, and Partners to build, package, and launch solutions. Define and prioritize the solution backlog; make data-driven decisions on tiering, scaling, maintenance, and pruning across the portfolio. Partner with Services to create implementation packages that accelerate time-to-adoption and ensure consistency in delivery. Monitor adoption, pipeline influence, win rate, cycle time, deal size, ARR / AI consumption, WAUs, and time-to-adoption; course-correct based on insights. Close the loop with Product by documenting functionality gaps, repeatable patterns, and proposed specs for productization. Champion regulated workflow requirements and integration patterns across APIs, metadata models, and IDP / AI use cases.

Who You Are

FS examples : KYC / AML, client onboarding, lending operations, compliance, risk. Deep understanding of core Banking workflows, best practices, and industry tech stack. Background in implementation consulting, solutions architecture, product / program management, or industry operations with systems / process ownership. Proven ability to translate complex workflows into scalable solution definitions, clear specs, and system requirements. Track record leading multidisciplinary initiatives with technical and non-technical stakeholders; comfortable running multiple con
