Key Responsibilities

Serve as a travel expert and professional guide for contracted corporate clients

Ensure seamless travel arrangements that adhere to organizational policies and provide high-quality accommodations and transportation

Conduct thorough fact-finding interviews to determine travel needs and secure cost-effective travel arrangements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of travel consultant experience

On-site training required in Virginia Beach, VA

Knowledge of travel systems, airline and hotel reservation systems, and car rental companies

Ability to maintain tracking of operational queues and initiate necessary processes

Commitment to providing excellent customer service and timely completion of travel arrangements
