We are launching an elevated Mediterranean lifestyle restaurant that blends coastal flavors, refined presentation, and a dynamic atmosphere with curated entertainment. We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our opening team and support our Corporate Chef in bringing this concept to life.
Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations and execution
- Implement and maintain recipes, standards, and techniques provided by the Corporate Chef
- Ensure consistent execution of the menu and culinary vision
- Source, order, and receive high-quality seasonal products
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of cooks
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of all kitchen areas and equipment
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls within budget
- Assist with tastings, training, and seasonal menu rollouts
Requirements
2–4 years of progressive BOH experience in professional kitchensMediterranean or fine-dining background strongly preferredExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong understanding of BOH systems and administrative dutiesHighly organized, self-motivated, and calm under pressureCompensation & Benefits
