A company is looking for an Associate, Proposal Coordinator to support the development and delivery of client proposal responses.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, and client questionnaires

Track proposal timelines and coordinate inputs from various internal teams

Maintain the proposal content library and suggest improvements to processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

1-2 years of experience in business writing, marketing, or administrative support

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Basic familiarity with proposal tools or project tracking systems

Exposure to insurance, financial services, or healthcare industries is preferred
