Responsibilities :

As a Lead Software Developer, you will :

• Take the lead in the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret user / system requirements into design specifications.
• Use your deep understanding of SQL to handle data and ensure the seamless flow of information in our systems.
• Implement Agile methodologies to create software that is adaptable to changing needs and can be delivered quickly and efficiently.
• Mentor junior developers, guiding them through complex tasks and helping them grow their skills.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed and to maintain the highest level of quality in our software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our software, providing long-term solutions and improvements.
• Keep up-to-date with latest technology trends to ensure our software remains current and competitive.
