NSI Insurance Group is one of the largest privately-owned insurance brokerage firms in South Florida. We are growing rapidly across our lines of business, including Home, Auto, Commercial, Group, and Excursion. We are seeking a Client Manager to help expand our book of business by selling various insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact between clients, producers, and insurance carriers, providing excellent customer service and advice.
- Visit clients and producers to evaluate needs, make recommendations, and gather feedback.
- Prepare and provide quotes for new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with management on presentations and meetings.
- Handle bid specifications, compare results, and recommend options.
- Process new cases, enrollments, renewals, and policy changes accurately and timely.
- Assist with claims processing and client inquiries.
- Maintain all case documentation and update systems accordingly.
- Prepare renewal proposals and conduct renewal meetings with clients and producers.
- Stay informed through seminars and training, sharing knowledge with staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Customer-oriented with diplomacy and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Proficient in computer systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior insurance experience required; Property & Casualty 220 license preferred; Customer Representative 440 license minimum.
