Shift(s) Available : 2nd & 3rd

Compensation : $27.00 / hr - $36.25 / hr

Sign on Bonus : $3,000

Principal Accountabilities

  • Perform maintenance on production machinery using hand tools.
  • Ensure food safety and quality at all stages of production.
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping within the work area.
  • Respond to maintenance-related radio calls from other departments.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Document daily work assigned in both paper form and maintenance management system (SAP).
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex issues on production equipment.
  • Utilize inventory parts for repairs, documenting all transactions.
  • Identify potential problems and suggest improvements in operational processes.
  • Perform advanced preventative maintenance (PM) on plant equipment.
  • Use measuring devices accurately for troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Two years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Able to perform physical tasks including kneeling, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
  • Proficient in using tools and working on mechanical and pneumatic components.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Able to troubleshoot electrical power and control systems.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in basic welding.
  • Recent work history within the past 12 months.
  • Able to operate forklifts and other motorized equipment.
  • Experience programming PLCs using schematics and ladder logic.
  • Completion of an industrial maintenance certification program.
  • Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience with verified preventative maintenance (PM) experience in a manufacturing environment.

    • Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
