Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations to understand the specific needs of each patient
• Manages patient caseload safely and effectively to deliver optimal outcomes
• Remotely monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan as required
• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
• Keep up-to-date with the latest in rehabilitation and physical therapy best practices
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service to our patients
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of given instruction
• Remain highly adaptable to taking on new workflows or processes, approach challenges with critical thinking and creative problem-solving within a fast-paced growing environment
• Thrive off a flexible schedule
• As a virtual tele-health company, you must be able to deliver patient care services in a private, professional space with reliable, strong internet connection and be located within Florida
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral / Masters / Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy ,

Education and / or Experience : Experienced Therapists preferred

Actively Licensed as an Alabama Physical Therapist.

Comfortable with using technology and virtual platforms for delivering care

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and practice within the scope of physical therapy practice

A genuine passion for improving the lives of seniors
