Material Handler / General Labor

Location : Independence, MO

Pay Rate : Starting at $18.00 / hour

Schedule : 4×10-hour day shifts (final schedule to be confirmed)

Penmac Staffing is hiring Material Handlers / General Labor Associates to support a federally regulated manufacturing facility in Independence, MO. This role involves hands-on work in material handling, packaging, shipping, and general production tasks. The assignment is expected to last about six months, with the possibility of extension or temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs.  Responsibilities for the Material Handler / General Labor Associate

• Perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Move, stage, and organize materials and finished goods
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Follow written instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned
