Position summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for complex IT initiatives. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
- Experience working as a BA on at least one information security related project.
