We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide in-person, one-on-one, and group sessions that make a real impact on the well-being of our employees and their families.

What You’ll Do

• Use a strengths-based approach to support patient well-being
• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families
• Help patients gain insight, set goals, and plan actions for personal and social development
• Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues using assessments and records
• Apply evidence-based interventions within scope of practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS
• Counsel patients on stress, substance abuse, and family issues to modify or improve behavior
• Collaborate with patients on treatment goals and outcomes
• Participate in clinical care team activities, including consultation, case management, care coordination, and referrals
• Enters data into patient’s chart to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned
