REGISTERED NURSE - 11478

Within the scope of practice as defined by licensure, provides nursing care

under the direction and supervision of Provider, Clinical Nurse Manager.

Primarily, the Coumadin Clinic RN will provide optimum anti-coagulation care to

patients in the clinic, with secondary responsibilities, time permitting ,will

include RN level Clinical skills through collaboration with the medical

providers, while providing quality patient care to the community and

continuously working within the mission statement of Columbia Memorial

Hospital.

Educational Requirements :

Graduate from accredited school of nursing with current licensure and

registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York. Demonstrates

knowledge and understanding of the New York State Practice Act, American

Nurses' Association (ANA) Standards of Nursing Practice.

Professional Requirements :

Must possess incentive and initiative to maintain and update professional

knowledge and skill necessary to render optional patient care.

Salary Range : $33.88 - $44.68
