Job Description
A Commercial Lines Account Manager at an independent insurance agency plays a pivotal role in managing and servicing commercial insurance accounts. This position requires a blend of technical insurance knowledge client relationship management and administrative skills. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary liaison between clients insurance carriers and internal teams ensuring client needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Policy Administration : Handle all aspects of policy management including quoting binding issuing certificates processing endorsements and managing renewals.
- Coverage Analysis : Review and analyze clients insurance needs providing consultative advice on coverage options exclusions and exposures.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system documenting all communications and transactions.
- Collaboration with Producers : Work closely with producers to support new business development and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
