Position Summary : We are looking for someone with a cheerful personality and positive demeanor to become our director of first impressions as the firm receptionist!

Position Duties :

• Responsible for greeting clients, vendors, and guests in a professional manner
• Responsible for answering phone calls, transferring to firm personnel, and taking messages appropriately
• Maintain cleanliness of client and staff conference rooms, lobby, and guest coffee bar
• Order food for meetings as needed and maintain firm snack inventory
• Responsible for general administrative support tasks such as, but not limited to, ordering supplies, distributing mail, maintaining printers / copiers, breakroom cleanliness and stocking, and assisting in firm meeting / event coordination
• Perform other duties as assigned
