• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of procedures, mentor new team members or students, and help uphold the highest standards in lab quality.
• Ensure a clean and secure working environment while consistently adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree that prepares you for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain your certification actively throughout your employment.
