- High school diploma / GED required.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an office setting. Medical or behavioral health office preferred.
- Must pass a Louisiana criminal history background check and motor vehicle screen.

Earn a $15.00 / hour
Our Administrative Assistant will process all WAA vouchers and voucher corrections. Maintains up to date lists of current authorizations and WAA data bases. Demonstrates knowledge and use of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel applications. Completes Productivity reports for WAA departments and submits completed Productivity Reports to the Directors of WAA, financial analyst, and billing department according to departmental procedures. Provide necessary support when needed including typing or reports and correspondence to consumers, clinicians, or outside agencies when necessary. Maintain accurate files and documentation of all correspondence. Maintain proper record documentation procedures in accordance with Merakey and departmental policies and procedures.
