This role requires interacting with customers, shops, subcontractors, and vendors in a professional manner to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Position Responsibilities : Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs in person.Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.Keying in orders and purchase orders (POs) into our system.Providing quotes to customers and processing status checks on orders.Handling billing and invoicing processes accurately.Performing various office duties to support daily operations.Collaborating effectively with team members across different departments. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Requirements : - Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in data entry and order processing.Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.Willingness to learn about our products and services to effectively assist customers.
