Take your real estate career to the next level by joining The Ricci Team as a Licensed Buyer's Specialist!

We are looking for a motivated and talented real estate professional to join our energetic, high-performing team. This position allows you to apply your skills in a collaborative, supportive setting, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and strategic resources aimed at maximizing your success.

If you have a passion for real estate, demonstrated experience, and a history of strong results, we offer detailed, practical playbooks, sophisticated CRM systems, and tailored coaching to help you exceed your objectives and provide exceptional service to your clients.

Responsibilities
  • Drive daily lead generation to fuel consistent deal flow and client relationships.
  • Maintain and optimize your CRM database for efficient client management.
  • Host a minimum of two open houses weekly to showcase properties and attract buyers.
  • Convert prospecting efforts into scheduled buyer consultations and appointments.
  • Hone advanced communication and negotiation skills to meet team standards and close deals.
  • Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching, team training, and Partner Calls to sharpen your expertise and mindset.
  • Conduct thorough buyer consultations, secure signed agreements, and expertly match clients with properties.
  • Draft, negotiate, and close offers on behalf of buyers with precision and confidence.
  • Utilize advanced CRM technology with built-in AI tools to track performance and monitor key metrics.
  • Regularly preview homes to maintain deep knowledge of local market trends and property values.
Qualifications
  • Active Real Estate License required, with a proven track record in real estate sales.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate, with demonstrated success in buyer representation and deal closings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong influence for building trust and rapport.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
  • Expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and overcoming objections to secure opportunities.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and follow-through.
  • Committed to mastering team conversations, dialogues, and processes while continuously refining skills.
  • Positive attitude, client-focused mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • A strong willingness to stay the course and build a continuous pipeline with our proven activities that get results.
