Research and Dissemination Manager
Design, manage, and deliver non-traditional research outputs (white paper series, policy briefs, workshops, forums, educational materials, online resources). Identify the most effective formats for learning and adoption, ensure quality, and support widespread use of CEESA research in practice.
Manage the Industrial Affiliates Program (IAP), serving as the main point of contact with industry members. Ensure the program addresses affiliate needs, coordinates applied deliverables, and fosters strong, ongoing engagement.
Plan, host, and execute workshops, annual meetings, and other dissemination events that connect CEESA research to stakeholders. Design events that emphasize learning and application, and ensure outputs (e.g., briefing notes, summaries, presentations) are captured and shared widely.
Lead stakeholder engagement and knowledge dissemination strategy, including development of educational resources, white paper series, newsletters, and web content. Focus on making CEESA outputs accessible, understandable, and actionable for policymakers, industry, NGOs, and international partners.
Identify, facilitate, and prepare opportunities for CEESA researchers to represent the centers work at national and international forums, policy discussions, and practitioner networks. Support faculty and staff by coordinating logistics, developing materials, and ensuring engagements are impactful and aligned with CEESAs broader goals.
Supervise CEESA staff when tasks are associated with Events, Marketing, Public Communications, and Digital Solutions. Performs other related duties as assigned.
