Property & Casualty Insurance license is required OR Personal Lines Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily Willingness to learn and be coach-able A great self-starter Intermediate computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various Windows applications Must Have Insurance Licenses Work some weekends & Office Events Highly Proficient in Phone etiquette and dialing large volumes

Our Successful agents are great at :
- Identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including networking, referrals, marketing, and lead databases.
- Setting appointments and meeting with prospective customers
- Presenting and explaining our products and services using a consultative approach, based on a true understanding of clients needs and goals.
- Agents Earn a base + Bonus
- High volume number Leads and customers to speak with with leads closing as high as 50-70 %
