- Current, valid Arizona Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic auto mechanic skills and basic 12V electrical wiring skills
- Attention to detail with ability to comprehend and act on written and verbal instructions
- Ability to understand wiring diagrams and assembly instructions
- EVT Certification is a plus
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Comfortable working in a shop environment with ability to sit, stand, squat, stoop, kneel, bend and twist repetitively
