Manager would prefer someone to be located near Pheonix to work in-office, but remote USA is fine as well
Job Description We're seeking a highly motivated Contingent Worker to support our Enterprise Franchise Sales team in driving revenue growth and closing outstanding opportunities across key franchise groups.
This individual will play a critical role in accelerating progress on high-priority accounts, supporting ongoing sales cycles, and ensuring our franchise partners have a best-in-class experience with DoorDash.
The ideal candidate is a resourceful self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of wearing many hats — from sales operations and account management support to lead follow-up and partner enablement.

You will support the team in moving deals through the pipeline, coordinating cross-functional follow-ups, and ensuring our franchise partners are successfully onboarded and activated.
You'll bring a mix of sales acumen, project management, and operational rigor to help streamline workflows and drive measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do Support revenue-generating activities by helping to close outstanding franchise opportunities and move deals through the pipeline.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure contracts are finalized and activations stay on track.
Own day-to-day coordination of franchise communications, follow-ups, and reporting to ensure internal visibility into progress.
Assist in sales enablement efforts, including updating work orders (SFDC), and tracking key performance metrics.
Conduct store and partner audits to identify opportunities for re-engagement or expansion.
Document learnings and process improvements to increase team efficiency and support scalability.

Qualifications – years of experience in sales support, account management, or business operations, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency (English / Spanish) preferred.
Experience managing or supporting sales pipelines and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and execute independently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
