[job_card.job_description]Serve as a Senior Associate Attorney handling wage-and-hour, employment, and consumer class and representative actions in New York state and federal courts Lead and manage all phases of complex civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation Draft, edit, and argue substantive motions, including dispositive and class-related motions, in state and federal courts Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, fact witnesses, and experts, and prepare clients and witnesses for testimony Develop and execute litigation strategy in collaboration with firm leadership and junior team members Appear in court regularly for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings, representing clients with confidence and professionalism Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff, helping to build a strong New York practice and office culture Travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, mediations, and firm-related needs Licensed to practice law in New York (NY Bar in good standing required) Several years of civil litigation experience, preferably 5+ years, including discovery, motion practice, and taking / defending depositions Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and / or wage-and-hour / employment cases strongly preferred Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail Proven ability to independently manage complex cases and a busy litigation calendar Professional, steady work history and strong client-facing skills Positive, team-oriented attitude and an interest in helping build and grow a high-performing New York office You'll play a lead role in shaping a growing Manhattan office and multi-state plaintiff-side practice You'll work with a collegial group of experienced attorneys who value mentorship, collaboration, and high-quality advocacy You'll receive competitive senior-level compensation ($130,000-$400,000 DOE), medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and strong support for professional development and continuing education
Pay : $185,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year

Location : On-site in Manhattan, NY. You'll work from a centrally located New York City office, easily commutable from Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, and nearby cities like Jersey City and Newark via public transit.
Note : You must be licensed to practice law in New York, have solid civil litigation experience (ideally including discovery, motion practice, and depositions), and be able to work on-site full-time in Manhattan with occasional travel.
