Required Skills :

Expert-level hip-hop lyric writing OR beat production

Logic Pro X proficiency (must demonstrate)

1+ years trauma-informed care implementation

Minimum 2-year degree (4-year education preferred)

Your Day-to-Day

Facilitate 6-7 class periods using therapeutic hip-hop pedagogy

Build authentic relationships with students (mix of long-term and short-term placements)

Deliver expert instruction in Logic Pro X, lyric writing, and beat production

Implement trauma-informed care practices in all interactions

Collaborate with school staff to support credit recovery

Document student progress and maintain professional relationships
